President Buhari, Erdoğan in closed-door meeting

President Muhammadu Buhari and his Turkish counterpart, Tayyep Erdoğan, are presently in a closed-door meeting at the Presidential Villa Abuja.

It is expected that the discussions between the leaders will focus on strengthening the age-long bilateral relations between their countries. 

Pres Tayyep Erdoğan arrived at State House Abuja some Minutes after eleven am this morning and was received by President Muhammadu Buhari  before they went into the closed-door Meeting

The two leaders are expected to consider about two dozen Bilateral Agreements and Memoranda of Understanding, and afterward authorize the signing of those on which there is concurrence.

The last time Tayyep Erdoğan visited Nigeria was in March twenty-sixteen while president Buhari visited Turkey in October twenty Seventeen
