COVID-19 has claimed five more lives in Nigeria, with 176 new cases identified in 11 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Late Friday night, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) posted on Facebook that the statistics show that Nigeria’s overall pandemic infection is now 210,136, with 2,855 fatalities.
Since the pandemic began about two years ago, 198,117 people have been treated and discharged across the country.
