NYSC tasks corps members on security

The Director General of the National Youth Service Corp, Brigedier General Shuaibu Ibrahim has charged the Batch C Stream 1 Corps members to be security conscious at all times while at their places of primary assignment.

General Ibrahim stated this during the closing ceremony of orientation course held at the Permanent Orientation Camp, Kusalla Karaye Local Government Area of Kano state.

Director General was Represented by the State Coordinator of the Scheme in Kano, Hajiya Aisha Mohammad enjoined the Corps members to perform their assigned duties with diligence.

She urged them to adhere to the Provisions of the NYSC Act and Bye laws as well workplace rules and regulations.

She implored the Corps members to integrate into their host Communities and ensure that they respect their Cultures and values .

Hajiya Aisha Tata Mohammad warned the Corps members against unauthorized journeys and night trips.

Hajiya Mohammad advised to board vehicles at approved motor Parks.

Ogubo Fojoh from Imo State and Khadijah Dikko from Nasarawa State were among the Corps members posted to Kano, they promised to contribute their own quota to the unity and development of the state.
