The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA says it has arrested an alleged Brazil-based drug dealer, Okafor Okwudili Moses.
NDLEA’s spokesman, Femi Babafemi said over 2.55 kilograms of cocaine was discovered on Friday in a toilet at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, MMIA, Ikeja Lagos.
He explained that the drugs were dumped by a trafficker, whom he claimed may have been spooked by anti-narcotic agents.
On Saturday, the alleged owner, now arrested Okafor arrived at the airport from Brazil via an Ethiopian Airline flight and was immediately arrested, Babafemi added, alleging Okafor has since claimed ownership of the drugs
