Inclusion of fire safety into schools curriculum advocated

The Comptroller General, Federal Fire Service, Dr. Ibrahim Liman has called for the inclusion of the Fire Safety studies into the Schools Curriculum towards reducing cases of fire incidents in the country.

He made the call in a message to a Cultural day Celebration organized by a Private School in Jikwoyi, Abuja.

Represented by Assistant Comptroller General, Bello Ahmed Zagga urged Parents and Teachers to be at the forefront of Educating Children on the security and unity of the Country.

The Managing Director of the School, Mrs. Gloria Jeremiah who spoke on the theme of the event, “Back to our Root”, said the annual event was created to enhance Unity, Love, and harmonious relationship among people of various tribes in the Country.

“This year’s edition, we need to remind ourselves about our Root, in terms of food, Dance, attire, and Dialects.” She said.
