Two men have died in a fatal road traffic crash that Occurred at Ogbunike hill by Onitsha-Awka expressway, Anambra state.
The crash was between two vehicles, an unidentified driver of a red truck, with no registration number and an unidentified driver of an Ash Toyota Corolla with registration number: HTE 365 CU.
In a statement, the Public Education Officer of the Federal Road Safety Corps in the state, Margaret Onabe, explained that the probable cause of the fatal crash was attributed to road obstruction and excessive speed.
According to her, an eyewitness report said the truck developed a fault on the road and the Toyota Corolla rammed into it from the rear and crashed.
She said four men were involved in the crash and two died while the other two came out unhurt.
Mrs Onabe said the dead Victims had been taken by their families.
She said the Sector Commander of the Corps in the state, Corps Commander Adeoye Irelewuyi commiserated with the families of the dead Victims.
