Gusau Attack: Tinubu donates N50m to victims

National leader of All Progressives Congress APC, Senator Bola Tinubu says, security and territorial sovereignty of Nigeria must be protected by all means.

Senator Tinubu stated this while at Zamfara State Government House to commiserate with Government and people of the state over recent bandits attacks in some parts of the state.

He said that Nigerians must unite against criminals regardless of political affiliation or tribalism, saying no leader like president Muhammadu Buhari will let blood letting to continue in his country.

The APC chieftain announced the donation of fifty million naira to the victims of recent bandits attacks in the state, noted that government must work hard to eliminate the bandits.

Responding, Zamfara State Governor, Bello Muhammad Matawalle described Senator Tinubu as a Statesman and bridge builder of unity in Nigeria, thanked him for showing concern to people of the state.

About 58 people were reported killed last week when bandits attacked some villages in Bukkuyum and Anka Local Government Areas of the state.
