PMB promises ending insecurity before ‘handing-over’

President Muhammadu Buhari has stated that his administration will solve insecurity before his mandate ends.

He said he has issued a clear directive to the military and other security agencies to crush bandits throughout the country’s northern region.

This was expressed by the president during a courtesy call to the Sultan of Sokoto, in Sokoto.

He expressed sadness about the events in the north west, emphasizing that the same people and culture are killing themselves for no discernible cause.

He emphasized that he would hand over a country that was secure and devoid of security threats.

Sultan Muhammad Saad Abubakar, stated that as religious leaders, they would continue to pray for peaceful coexistence in the country and expressed gratitude to the president for visiting the palace.

The president then proceeded to BUA Cement factory in Kalanbaina Wamako LGA to commission the 3 million metric ton cement factory.

The presuident had commissioned projects in Kaduna and Ogun states in the last week.
