A group, International Religious Freedom Roundtable has called on the United States and the British governments to assist Nigeria in tackling insecurity and terrorism.
The group made this known in Abuja when they submitted petitions at the United States Embassy and the British High Commission.
The team leader of the group Mr. Philip Akpavi explained that the interest of the group was to ensure Nigeria was carried along in sustainable development.
Mr. Akpavi said Mass displacements and killings of innocent Nigerians by terrorists leave much to be desired about Nigeria, hence the appeal by the group to assist the Federal Government to overcome the challenges.
Another member of the group, Olasunbo Ojomu said the group would continue to engage countries around the world to assist Nigeria in moving towards the path of greatness, free of religious violations.
