Governor Ortom commended the decision of the former Governor of Anambra State to engage Nigerians, especially major players in the country’s politics, irrespective of political leaning, on his desire to serve as the country’s next President.
The Labour Party’s Presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi, said he was visiting the Benue State Governor as his former ally in the PDP, remarking that their friendship as citizens of the same country was more important than their party differences now.
