Chief of Army Staff, Lt General Farouq Yahaya has charged cadets of sixty-nine regular course of the Nigerian Defence Academy to deploy the skills and competencies acquired to the various theatres of operations after their graduation.
He gave the charge at the annual camp highland and battle inoculation exercise for Army regular cadets of the NDA held at Kachia Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
Lt General Farouq Yahaya urged the cadets to justify the huge investment on them by complementing efforts aimed at ridding the country of criminals and criminality.
Earlier, Commandant of the NDA, Major General Ibrahim Manu Yusuf who highlighted the different phases of the exercise, attributed the successes recorded to the support of the Army Chief and other service chiefs.
The battle inoculation exercise is an event held to expose Army cadets to real life war situation.
