President Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China has commiserated with President Muhammadu Buhari on the recent boat mishap at Umunankwo in Ogbaru local government area of Anambra State, in which over 40 people reportedly died.
In a letter to President Buhari, the Chinese President said he was distressed to learn of the boat mishap.
He sympathized with the families of the victims and prayed for the repose of the souls of the departed.
