The International Association of World Peace Advocates IAWPA, an international non-governmental organisation has commended the Nigerian Airforce for the successes recorded in the ongoing war against terrorism in the country.
A statement by the international spokesman of IAWPA Emmanuel Nkweke in Abuja says President Muhammadu Buhari and the Nigerian Defence are not paying lip service in its fight against terrorism.
It urges Nigerians to support the Nigerian military who have been staking their lives in defence of the country.
The statement partly read “The air bombardments at Kurebe, Shiroro, Niger State as well as the most recent attacks against terrorists hideouts in Zamfara where Nigeria Air Force jets bombed the hideout of a notorious terrorist and gun runner, Mallam Ila in Manawa village, Shinkafi are strong testimonies of the good works of our gallant air men under the present Chief of Air Staff Air Marshall Isiaka Oladayo Amao.”
