Premier League champions Manchester City will host Chelsea in the FA Cup third round.
While Premier League leaders Arsenal, who have won the FA Cup a record 14 times, will travel to Oxford United.
Winning clubs in the third round will claim £105,000 from the competition prize fund.
Liverpool are the current holders of the trophy after defeating Chelsea 6-5 on penalties to win their first FA Cup in 16 years.
