Tinubu urges Kwara people to ensure APC remain in office

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu says a vote for the party will translate into massive development and renewed hope for Nigerians.

Senator Tinubu was speaking during the party’s Presidential rally at the Metropolitan Square, Ilorin, the Kwara State capital.

He commended the people of Kwara for what he described as “strong courage” during the 2019 election when they voted for change of government. He urged them to ensure the APC remains in office.

The National Chairman of the APC, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, who described the turnout of supporters in Kwara State as “highly impressive”, enjoined them to allow it reflect in the February 25 election by voting for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, National Assembly candidates, and Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for the second term.

Also speaking, the Director-General of the Tinubu-Shettima Presidential Campaign Council and Plateau State Governor, Simon Lalung said the APC presidential candidate “has all it takes to move Nigeria forward”.

Earlier, Kwara State Governor, Mallam AbdulRazaq, welcomed the APC Presidential Campaign Council to Kwara State, insisting that the legacy of President Muhammadu Buhari’s nearly Eight years in office was a testimony that the APC “meant well” for Nigerians.

The Kwara State Chairman of APC, Prince Sunday Fagbemi, in a remark, assured the National leadership of the party that Kwara “will deliver 100%” as it did during the 2019 elections.
