Passengers at the Nnamdi Azikiwe international Airport (NAIA), Abuja, arrived in grand style on Tuesday as they walked in on beautiful bouquets and flash lights from the cameras of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) in celebration of valentines day.
The air travellers, albeit surprised, were delighted to be welcomed home in such a unique manner by faan officials. They praised the Authority for the initiative and for fine services at the airport.
Some of the passengers called for more of such gestures, and urged Nigerians to always celebrate themselves for peaceful Co-existence.
The Acting General manager, Corporate Affairs, FAAN, Faithful Hope-Ivbaze, who presented gift items to some passengers, pledged to enhance its capacity to deliver the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the year.
.Mrs Hope-Ivbaze expressed her appreciation to the passengers for their “kind words and and advice.
