APGA crisis: Njoku serves Supreme Court judgement on INEC 

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Chief Edozie Njoku has presented the judgment of the Supreme Court delivered on Friday 24th March to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

A statement signed by the National Secretary of APGA, Muhyideed Imam in Abuja said the Supreme Court in its judgment resolved the APGA leadership dispute in favour of Chief Edozie Njoku.

It said the Apex court declared that his purported removable as National Chairman was null and void.

“It is important to note that the forwarding letter was written to the Chairman of INEC and all the National Commissioners highlighting the critical pronouncement of the court and consequential orders”, the statement reads.
