The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster management and Social Development, Hajiya Sadiya Umar Farouq has urged contractors handling government project to maintain quality work and deliver timely as the administration is dedicated on delivering the gains of democracy to the people.
Hajiya Sadiya stated this during a tour of the National Emergency management Agency (NEMA) office construction in Abuja.
According to her, the contractors has given assurance of 92 percent completion of the work within two weeks.
She commended the Director General of NEMA for accelerating the project into stage of completion to create safe working space for the agency.

Responding the Director General of the Agency Mustapha Ahmed explained that re-locating NEMA office would facilitate productivity and enable quick responses to emergencies.
The project was awarded in 2019
