Elon musk has postponed an attempt to launch the most powerful rocket ever into space for at least 48 hours due to technical issue.
The rocket known as Starship has its mission called off minutes before the planned launch from Boca Chica, Texas.
In a tweet, Musk said later in the week another attempt would be made to launch SpaceX, adding that the failed launch was caused by a frozen “pressurant valve”.
Starship stands nearly 120m (400ft) high and is designed to have almost double the thrust of any rocket ever.
Before the launch was postponed, the company had started fueling the rocket and preparing for its mission, which would have seen the two-stage Starship rocket take off and fly to a distance of 150 miles above the earth.
