Warri Wolves FC has emerged the winners of the Men’s category of this year’s Delta State Football Association competition.
At the final match played at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba Warri Wolves thrashed Osavan FC of Kwale by two goals to nil.
Warri Wolves opened scoring in the forty third minute through lzuchukwu christian while the second goal came in the fifty four minute by jabbar Malik.
In the female category, Delta Queens of Asaba defected Royal Queens of Warri by three nill.
Chairman, technical committee of the Delta State Football Association, Steve Cole said the association had brought back the glory of the competition as it had always been a big and important competition in the calendar of Delta sports.
