Harrison Ford ‘hangs’ whip after last Indiana Jones movies

Harrison Ford has announced that his portrayal of Indiana Jones will come to a close after, “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.”

This news comes amidst rumours that Disney was considering casting a younger Indiana Jones, potentially with Marvel actor Chris Pratt.

In a interview with Total Film, Ford s that he will not be participating in the Indiana Jones TV series, even if it does eventually come to fruition.

Kathleen Kennedy, the president of Lucasfilm, also promised fans that her team would never produce an Indiana Jones film without the Ford in the lead role.

The Indiana Jones franchise has been a massive success since the release of its first film in 1981.

The franchise, starring Ford as the titular character, has grossed over $2 billion at the box office, and continues to captivate audiences with its action-packed, globe-trotting adventures.

A fifth installment, set to be released in June, is highly anticipated by fans worldwide.
