Nollywood Actor Chikezie Uwazie has died.
Uwazie also known as Asuzu relocated to the United States seven years ago. He was one of the top actors in the Nigerian movie industry in the 2000s.
He featured in movies including “Musical Whispers”, a film on Autism, produced by Ebele Okaro and directed by Bond Emeruwa, “Village Destroyer” and “Last Kiss” among other movies.
A colleague, Obey Etok Chima who confirmed Uwazie’s death on instagram said he died after a second brain surgery.
