Group seeks robust partnership to curb crime

A Group under the Auspices of Save the Boy Child Initiative (SBI) has advocated a public-private-partnership to curb the alarming rate of armed robbery, internet fraud and other social vices among the youth in the Society.

The founder of the Group, Ebuke Obike who was speaking at the fourth edition of the international Boy’s conference in Abuja attributed the failure of marriages and bad leadership as well as societal negligence to the increasing Social Vices, stressed that all hands must be on deck address the menace.

The Director FCT Secondary Education Board Dr Sani Ladan represented by the Assistant Director Itam Nneoyi, pledged the commitment of the Board to partner any group or individuals in transforming the society.

Some participants at the Conference who thanked the organizers for the Initiative, called on Government to do more in addressing the issue of out of school children.
