Manchester United has on Thursday announced the signing of Irene Guerrero Spain midfielder from Atletico Madrid.
The red devils completed the transfer making her the sixth since they finished second in the WSL and lost the FA Cup final to Chelsea last season.
The 26 year old played for Spain in the just concluded women’s world Cup and was crowned champion.
Guerrero has expressed happiness saying she is very proud to be part of the Manchester United family and look forward to achieving all the goals together.
Man U manger Marc Skinner said she is an excellent addition to the team.
“The experience she brings, both domestically and internationally, will be key as we pursue success across the multiple competitions”.she added
