Lawmakers at the Kano State House of Assembly will make contributions, to honour the tricycle rider who returned the missing N15,000,000 to a Chadian in the state.

This was the sequel to a motion sponsored by the member representing Doguwa constituency, Salisu Muhammad, during plenary.

Mover of the motion argued that the tricycle rider, 22-year-old Auwalu Salisu has proven his integrity by returning the missing money, despite his family’s condition, and the economic hardship in the country.

The lawmakers across the 44 local government areas of the state in unison adopted the motion.

Speaker of the state house of assembly, Isma’il Jibril Falgore said the lawmakers will invite the tricycle rider to present their donation.
